Kevin, Cole, Hallie and I decided to go visit Katie at school for the day before she moved home for good. We had such a fun time. I love hanging out with Katie, she always makes me laugh.
We ate lunch at the bowling alley, went to Wal-mart and then headed to Spring City for Snow Cremes. In all my years at Snow I NEVER heard of Snow Cremes. Katie found them and talked about them all the time, so we checked it out.
There is a lady who has a "cottage" attached to her house and she sells these home made Snow Cremes. They are like a shaved ice, but finer ice, and ice cream. They are delicious.

Kevin showed Katie and I the natural spring in Spring City and made us try the water, it was very refreshing!
One thing I LOVE about Katie is she is all about adventure! She noticed some elk so Kevin stopped to watch them. As we sat there I saw this sack with "something" in it. Katie went to see what the "something" was. It happened to be a dead raccoon (we think) and it smelled horrible.
We also hung out at Katies apartment and played guitar hero. Thanks Katie for letting us come and visit! We LOVE you!
