Trolley Square is such a fun place and to me it wouldn't be Christmas time without going there. The smell, the decor, the poinsettias going up the columns and the feel that is there is warming to me. I used to work there every year at Christmas time since I was 11. Besides they always have an awesome Santa.
We went on their open house weekend and got to go on a free carriage ride around Trolley. Jamie and her family were there and in line with my Uncle Charlies family, so we kind of just butt in line. It ended up being a good thing cause the wait was really long (sorry people behind us). Cole loved seeing the horses and kept his date very warm.
After the carriage ride we went to see Santa. Cole had an "accident" right before we got to Santa. When we walked up to Santa he tried to put Cole on his lap and I was like "no, its ok, he will just stand". I am sure I looked liked a paranoid mom creeped out by Santa but really it was for Santa's own good. Well Cole and Santa had a nice LONG chat. Cole kept going on and on about what he wanted, I thought it was pretty cute!
