The night after my moms party kevin and I decided we were going on a quick camping trip for the night up Spanish Fork canyon for Cole's birthday.
We got everything all packed and were about ready to head out when my mom called. She told me there was something her and my dad needed to talk to us about, nothing was wrong, but we really needed to come over.
Of course we were a bit irritated cause we had been up there for the last 3 days doing my mom's party stuff and we were going to be there the next night to celebrate Cole's birthday.
Well of course I was worried. Kevin and I speculated on what it could be and had a few ideas.
Once each of my siblings and families were gathered around at my mom's she thanked us for her party and turned the time over to my dad (yes that's how she said it, like we were in church or something).
My dad began to tell us that they were going to start selling life insurance policies and that they expected us to all buy one from them and it was a multi-level marketing thing, etc. He then said "and we have a sales rep coming over to talk to you right now" and exactly then the door bell rings...

At this point I KNEW what was going on so I ran for the door, this is what I found!

K Cole wasn't with him but it was THOMAS!!!
He was only in town for less then 24 hrs.
So we all headed over to the Sizzler to surprise Kenzie at work (no one knew he was here)
It was a fun night seeing him and sad to say goodbye again. This time he is off to California and will be home soon...

I need to make a correction in this little fable of yours, it was your husband who guessed what was going to happen on the way there! I can't believe you would publish these false truths!
